Interim management can be provided either for short or medium term as well as frequency of involvement.

Our Interim management service can work in a variety of ways depending on your needs including:

• Covering a skills gap for a defined period for anything from a few weeks or months to a couple of years
• Project managing a special project out with your day to day activities brought about through new legislation, company growth or restructuring
• Regular board level input over a longer term. This intervention could be for a few times per month to inject strategic level direction to a company which can’t yet afford to fully employ a new director.
• Where required for more complex challenges, including business turn around, a team of specialist interim managers may work together on the same assignment either continuously or at need.
